Michelle "MACE" Curran | Trust - Thunderbird pilot shares the essential ingredient in high performing teams

Always a thrill seeker, the desire to seek out something greater drove Michelle to leave her small town and join the military. This structured and challenging environment allowed her to thrive and focus on becoming a fighter pilot. After years of work focused on this singular goal, she found out she would be flying F-16s. After 13 years of service, she was selected

to fly on as a Solo Pilot for the Air Force's elite demonstration squadron, the Thunderbirds.

After finishing her Air Force career, she started a speaking business called Upside Down Dreams.

MACE takes us through the ups and downs of her journey as a fighter pilot and Thunderbird pilot. She shares how she overcame the initial fear of "imposter syndrome" and even what to do when a large bird fly's into your jet engine during an air show!
